Our multi-step recruiting process includes:

1. A series of two to three interviews

2. Conducting a minimum of two professional references on each candidate with their immediate supervisors and managers

3. Technical testing in areas of expertise by a certified professional

4. Verifying certifications and professional licenses

5. Establish a rapport with each candidate to ensure good communication skills and a proper fit within the clients' infrastructure.

6. Criminal/Credit Background Check & Substance Abuse Testing (at request of client).
