Strategic Staffing Key measurements have been established to evaluate our overall responsiveness and quality of services we provide to our clients. In order to measure our effectiveness, Entech has established a set of metrics for our Account Executives and Staffing Specialists: • Response Time • Hit Rate • Contractor Performance • Turnover • Quality of Service • Customer Satisfaction As a company, we are accountable for defining/re-defining our customers' expectations, developing/updating process characteristics, implementing effective processes, improving existing processes, and assessing customer satisfaction. Entech also conducts ongoing benchmarking and reporting of salaries based on individual job classifications. Entech is always identifying areas of improvement.
We prepare weekly reports to monitor our performance. In addition, we
are constantly communicating with our clients to gather data on our employees'
performance and client satisfaction level. In order to maintain open
lines of communication, Entech holds a monthly meeting with our office
staff to discuss any success stories, issues, problem resolution, recruiting
initiatives and upcoming projects or events. |
