Valerie Haweny founded Entech Network Solutions, Inc. in 1999 and posses over 15 years of experience in the areas of Staffing, Strategic Planning and Contingent Workforce Management. Her expertise in managing highly technical contingent workforce has assisted corporations, such as Merck & Co., Johnson & Johnson, and Sarnoff Corporation, to fill large numbers of key positions at reduced costs. Besides sourcing and securing top talent, Valerie’s skills include forecasting future hiring needs, streamlining vendor alignment, supervising and training new employees. Career Highlights Valerie has developed and designed a sales and marketing strategy to effectively position Entech Network Solutions, LLC. as a premier full-service Talent Acquisition firm. She has developed customer alliances by selling and providing staffing solutions to assist with client’s full life cycle system conversions, upgrades and implementations. Prior to founding Entech, Valerie served as a Program Manager for Kelly Technical Services where she was dedicated to Merck & Co. and the Johnson & Johnson account. Stephanie Quinones joined Entech on a full-time basis in June of 2008 after over 8 years of providing consulting services to the organization. Her skill-set is comprised of 15 years of talent acquisition for global Fortune 500 companies including Lucent Technologies, Merck & Co., and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Stephanie’s staffing expertise ranges from identifying and qualifying global talent in the engineering, scientific, supply chain, finance, marketing, information technology and human resources areas. She possesses her CIR and ACIR certifications. Career Highlights Stephanie has designed and implemented training courses in the areas of “Behavioral Based Interviewing Techniques”, “Networking for Effectiveness”, “Resume Writing and Interviewing Skills”, etc. She has been a guest speaker at career conferences throughout the nation and has provided coaching to all levels of management. Prior to joining Entech, Stephanie was the Manager of Talent Acquisition at CHEP, University Programs Manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb and a corporate recruiter for Merck & Co.
