Entech’s Enterprise Solutions division focuses on short and long term infrastructure design, integration, and project management services. Our strategy is to employ highly flexible motivated technology professionals with a broad background in information technology combined with focused areas of specialization. Traditionally enterprise consulting companies have one or two areas of expertise and build their business around those. Project Management

Entech's core project management approach is based on the industry standard PMI Project Management Process. Typically projects never run precisely according to any formal published process, but the PMI approach provides a solid framework from which to start.

No single project methodology or series of steps alone can guarantee a successful project. While this process, based on industry standard practices, provides a consistent workflow, it is often necessary for Entech to modify the components of this methodology to accommodate the project. The ability to adapt to the ever-changing environment within the project life cycle is one of Entech's unique strengths. Flexibility and vision underlie the various phases of every project that we manage.
