Project Management

During the planning phase, the project goals developed during the Initiation phase are further refined. Resource management plans, cost, time estimates, project controls, and a final project plan are developed during this phase. In many ways, the Planning Phase is the most important element in a successful project because the groundwork laid here will largely determine how smoothly the project runs.
