Project Management

The Project Control Phase runs in parallel with the Execution Phase and constantly refines the project process. Often incremental changes are implemented during the project as a response to an unforeseen circumstance or development. Metrics set up during the Planning Phase are regularly reviewed and corrective actions are taken to refine the project process if necessary.
